the vision

Hi! I’m Nic, and brain farts is the culmination of all of my sparkly ideas and brain toots! I love to create and am constantly coming up with a million and one things I want to do… all the things, all the time!

I am an early childhood/primary school teacher who has taught Kindy for four years, and now teach Year 2 which I absolutely love! Prior to beginning my teaching career, I spent over 10 years running my freelance web design and graphic design business (jump online). brain farts gives me the opportunity to do all of the things I love, and connect with like-minded people – perfect!

My passion is authenticity – what you see is what you get with brain farts. The art you create at a brain farts workshop will be authentically your own. As an early childhood teacher, nothing grinds my gears more than adults taking over children’s artwork to ‘help’! At a brain farts workshop, children (and grown-ups) will be empowered throughout the whole creation process, enabling them to feel capable and successful. It’s about the process, not the product.
